It is located 200 mt from the Medieval village of Paciano with restaurants and shops. The Villa is the ideal spot for family and friends reunions. It consists of 3 separate units, each one with their own privacy and comfort.

The unit Brunello, the bigger one, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The unit Sagrantino  has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The unit Sangiovese has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.

Extra beds or cot are available on request.

The Villa has a large infinity salty pool for the exclusive use of guests, with a breathtaking view of the sunset and the surrounding countryside.

It is possible to rent a single unit or the entire villa as a single family villa for 12-14 people or for 3 families.

Each units has a fully equipped kitchen, garden, patio with bbq, fully AC, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a a library with books and maps available for guests.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed in person by the staff and are presented with a welcome basket with the organic products from Fontanaro main farm such as EVO oil, honey, wine.

The estate is located less than 200 mt. from the village Paciano where are resturants, a grocery shop, coffee bar, ATM, a pharmacy and services.

Paciano village is a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village located in a peaceful and scenic location. From Paciano you can admire a unique Lake Trasimeno view and the lights of Chiusi, Montepulciano and Cortona in the distance.

The town is constructed on the peak of a hill 600 meters above sea level.

The European Community named Paciano “un villaggio ideale”. It is known as one of the top ten villages in Italy for its idyllic setting and quality of life.

The restaurants of the area serve traditional cuisine of the Umbrian and Tuscan enogastronomic culture and tradition.

Less than five minutes walk from the Millennium village of Paciano.

Less than a one hour drive from Fontanaro, you can explore and enjoy Assisi, Perugia, Siena, Deruta, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Pienza, Cortona, Montefalco, Chiusi and a host of Etruscan architectural gems in Umbria and Tuscany.

From Chiusi, a one hour train trip brings you to the center of Rome or Florence. Trains leave in the morning and return in the evening providing a convenient way to visit these splendid cities without having to navigate the narrow streets and heavy traffic by car.

You are 15 minutes from the huge Lake Trasimeno, where many pleasant villages can be visited. 12 minutes away is Chiusi Chianciano.
