Automatic registration of session data: We automatically record generic information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, which we call “session data”. Session data consists of elements such as IP address, operating system, and type of browser software used, and user activities while on our site. An IP address is a number that allows computers connected to the Internet, such as our web servers, to know where to send data to the user, such as the pages of the site that the user wants to view. We collect session data because it helps us analyze items that visitors may click on most, how visitors click on the site, how many visitors navigate various pages of the site, how long visitors stay on the site, and how often they visit it. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers and allows us to better administer our systems. It is possible to determine from an IP address an Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the visitor and the approximate geographical location of their connectivity point. We may also use some session data, such as pages visited on our site, to send you emails unless you have previously opted out of receiving such messages.

HELP US TO BE GREEN!
We run a certified organic farm. We produce organic extra virgin olive oil and organic honey that, if you wish, you can buy directly from us, as well as wine from our cellar.
You can leave plastic bottles, glass bottles, and paper in the marked recycling containers in the recycling area. Leave the trash in the gray containers outside the gate. Please drink our water, which is drinkable, so as to use fewer plastic bottles! Please, if you smoke, do it outside the house.
When you leave the house: please turn off all lights – please close all windows and shut all doors.
Make sure to check that the windows are locked as the wind here can sometimes cause them to open. This also prevents any potential break-ins…. Make sure the garden lights are off during the day. When it’s warm, it’s best to close the shutters, which will keep the house cool.
The windows are made with a special thermal glass that will retain heat if left closed when you are not there.
Please use the white plastic cover under the tablecloth when setting the table. Please shower before using the pool.
Please leave plastic and glass in the designated containers located outside.
All guests are personally welcomed by the owners and will receive personal attention and care during their stay.
We are available to help you organize your trip to take advantage of the many cultural and gastronomic interests that abound in this area. Discover wine tastings, delicious local cuisine, shopping, romantic walks in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside.
Or you can simply choose to peacefully enjoy the nature surrounding us, read, contemplate, and take advantage of the peace and serenity of these places.
We will do everything possible to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience.
Note: It is important to let us know when you will arrive so we can welcome you properly!
